Trustees oversee the trust's financial health, ensuring resources are managed effectively, budgets are adhered to, and financial risks are mitigated. They scrutinize financial reports, approve budgets, and ensure that funds are used appropriately to support educational outcomes.

Trustees ensure that the trust complies with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements. They identify and manage risks, ensuring that robust systems are in place for safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection.

Trustees work to ensure that high educational standards are maintained across all schools within the trust. They review academic performance data, support school improvement initiatives, and ensure that the curriculum meets the needs of all pupils.

Trustees engage with a range of stakeholders, including parents, pupils, staff, and the local community, to understand their needs and perspectives. They ensure that stakeholder views are considered in decision-making processes.
