Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for motivated, reliable and customer focused Waste Collection Driver Operative to join our team based in Bruntingthorpe, Lutterworth, LE17 5QS., Daily collections and disposal of differing waste streams in compliance with customer and Tenonfm safety instructions & guidance, to meet with the daily routine and service expectations.

You will work with the site teams to ensure excellent service delivery and that our clients have a better day, every day.

Your responsibilities and Key Areas of work may include:

  • Following a daily route for the collection of waste at given locations.

  • The ability to divert and change the routine upon supervisory instruction, as and when require to maintain service delivery.

  • A full understanding of processes and compliance to Health & Safety instruction for all aspects of the role.

  • The use of cardboard bailer as and when required.

  • Ensuring the waste is disposed of in the correct location therefore avoiding waste contamination.

    Good understanding of working across multiple collection points

  • Proven record of being responsible and innovative

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team

  • Good organisation skills required.

  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Company core values


    • Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided., Due to legal/contractual requirements, applicants for this role must be at least 18 yrs of age.
