Volunteer driver for FoodCycle in Leeds

FoodCycle is looking for volunteers who can collect food for our Leeds projects.

We are FoodCycle, and our vision is to make food poverty, loneliness and food waste a thing of the past for every community. With community dining, week in, week out we feed the hungry and give company to the lonely in our communities; providing delicious meals and great conversation, and using food which would otherwise go to waste.

We're looking for volunteers who have a valid driving license, their own car and are available during:

10am - 2pm on some Wednesdays

or

10am - 2pm on some Thursdays.

We need Drivers to collect the surplus food from FareShare depot warehouse in Leeds and drop it off at the venue in Leeds before the meal. The round trip shouldn't be more than 10 miles. FoodCycle pays for your mileage.
