Vehicle Auction Supervisor

Provide full management and support service to the vehicle pound,

• Ensure all aspects of Health and Safety and Environment policies are observed at all times


• Plan, organise and control all aspects of the vehicle pound


• Maximise deployment of available staff to provide an efficient operation


• Comply with all employment policies specifically Data Protection


• Motivate and support all vehicle pound staff
  
  No specific qualifications are required however a counterbalance forklift licence is preferable, excellent customer care and a 'can-do' attitude are essential, as are good communications. Attention to detail and complete confidentiality are also required., The vehicle pound team are working in an outdoor environment requiring a high level of physical fitness and attentions to detail and safety

  The role split between the office and the vehicle pound with some management administration elements. The wearing of personal protective equipment at all time will be necessary, Generous annual bonus scheme
