Full Job Description
- Loading and unloading your own Vans
- Delivering and interacting with customers
- Must be willing to pick your own orders when required
- Must be willing to assist in the Warehouse when needed
- 5 out 7 days (8am - 5pm), Safely operate a van to transport goods or passengers to their destinations
Shift Pattern:
- Load and unload cargo or passengers as needed
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Provide excellent customer service to clients during pick-up and drop-off
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a van or similar vehicle
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles
- Knowledge of local roads and routes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required
Please note that experience with tractor-trailers, courier services, forklifts, warehouse operations, pallet jacks, or route driving is a plus, but not required for this position.
£12 an hour - Temp to perm, Full-time, Temporary contract
