Team Leader

· Ensuring that service users are at the heart of the service.

· To work as part of a team under the direction of the Service Manager, as well as supervising Support Workers.

· To provide leadership to the supported housing support services.

· To maintain support skills at a high level, undertaking training and development as necessary in keeping in line with changing standards and practice.

· To provide support in accordance with legislative requirements, national and locally agreed standards, and best practice.

· To follow and promote organisational policies, procedures, and protocols and to work under the direction of the management team in line with agreed financial plans.

· To supervise the support services within the project in accordance with agreed standards.

· To work in partnership with statutory and non-statutory agencies.

· To carry out regular written supervision and appraisal of team members. To be involved in the disciplinary process of staff when required.

· To develop and support staff to reach their full potential.

· To carry out of hour on call duties in accordance with an agreed rota.

· To ensure, in conjunction with the rest of the management team, that the project is sufficiently staffed to provide a safe and effective support service.

• £29,972.80 - £32,702.80 OTE Per Annum including one optional sleep-in per week


• £26,715.00 - £29,445.00 Per Annum


• £13.70 - £15.10 Per hour


• Overtime rate - £15.41- £16.99 Per Hour


• Optional sleep-ins paid @ £62.65 a night, Fully paid comprehensive training and induction
