Full Job Description

We are looking for someone to take on all our early careers hiring. Working with our Talent development team you will take ownership of our early careers hiring, identifying, speaking and hiring people to fulfil roles across out technical, finance and other areas of our business. You must evidence experience of managing the 360-recruitment process for an inquisitive, acquisition led organisation. Comfortable working in a diverse and often fast paced environment whilst acting as a trusted adviser to your stakeholders. You must evidence advanced sourcing ability along with providing a consultative approach to the business, advising on process, strong candidate management skills with solid system management knowledge (ATS, Excel, MS Office). While the post holder will be responsible for a specific geography/business they will be expected to support colleagues responsible for other geographies/businesses, including supporting large scale resourcing initiatives.,

  • Develop attraction and selection strategies and to meet current and future business requirements, including online and offline sourcing methodologies

  • Continually monitor and review open and anticipated vacancies, create a talent pipeline and ensure attraction and selection plans are adapted in order to achieve business requirements.

  • Define the attraction strategy for each open role utilising sourcing tools such as LinkedIn. Must evidence finding innovative ways/tools to source best candidates and supporting continuous improvement

  • Drive best recruitment practice within the business, supporting operational leadership with advice and guidance, training and development, interview frameworks, tools and tactics as required.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis and benchmarking in alignment with HRBP's.

  • Track and present data on activity and market conditions.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and operational management to support in talent management and succession planning and career development., The company reserve the right to require you to work in accordance with our Out of Hours (OOH)/On-call rota at such time your manager feels your experience is suitable to do so.     Extensive resourcing experience within a high-volume environment.

  • Experience engaging with universities, colleges and other educational establishments

  • Experience of managing and attending career events.

  • Strong social media knowledge

  • + Demonstrable experience of creating innovative resourcing strategies utilising a wide range of attraction methods /tools (expert user of LinkedIn).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of a wide range of IT skill sets.

  • Flexible and adaptable and able to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving work environment.

  • Experience using and maintaining an ATS system

  • Clear and concise communication skills, good attention to detail
