Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies for tech and product roles.

Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit and values alignment.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate with the HR team on projects and to ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.

Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics.

Contribute to VoCoVo's employer branding efforts by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.

Proven experience in technical recruiting is essential, preferably within the technology or retail communications industry

Strong understanding of engineering (software and hardware) and product management roles, technologies, and trends.

Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent using a variety of recruitment methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.

Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
