Full Job Description
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pool users.
- Monitor swimmers, enforce pool rules, and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe pool environment.
Experience working with children aged 3 to 12 years old. - Valid lifeguard qualification: IQL National Pool Qualification (RLSS), HABC Level 2 Award in Pool Lifeguarding (RQF), STA Professional Award for Pool Lifeguard (RQF)
- Fully registered with the appropriate lifeguarding organization.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full driving license and access to a car.
