Full Job Description

Our Logistics team is responsible for providing excellent inventory control and customer service to ensure all equipment is monitored and available. The role will include the execution of inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximizes stock system and paperwork accuracy.
As a Stock Control Lead you will;

  • Manage all inventory control related activities

  • Production of daily and weekly reporting to Customers and internal

  • Complete details stock reports and maintain up to date inventories.

  • Month End stock reporting (Liaising with Internal Departments)

  • Complete end of year stock audits over 21 off site warehouses including Ireland

  • Periodical inventory cycle counts for all stock held within the logistics dept.

  • Examine the stock reconciliation reports and rectifying any discrepancies that occur.

  • Reduce stock loss through proactive management of system and physical alignment.

  • Forecast supply and demand and looking at trends, identifying investment opportunities.

  • Provide supervision and guidance to our dedicated logistics team, ensuring optimal performance.

    Previous experience within a warehouse or inventory role

  • Previous management experience or ready to take the next step in your career, with a desire to transition into a leadership role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring inventory records are meticulously maintained.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team.

  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, capable of identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
