Spa Senior Therapist

As 'Snr Spa Therapist' you'll understand the importance of a fantastic first and last impression to the happiness of our guests. You will inspire a friendly and professional atmosphere so that all of our spa users receive welcoming and efficient service at all times. You'll be a passionate leader with the ability to motivate, and support your team in order to drive financial goals and keep your department running smoothly. You'll have high standards when it comes to guest experience and brand standards and you'll take ownership and pride in your work.

What you'll be doing

• To ensure that the Spa provides the variety and quality of treatments.


• To be responsible for ensuring that all staff administration is carried out accurately and promptly


• To ensure all Spa treatments and consultations are maintained with a high standard of professionalism and customer service

• Maintaining high standards of health and safety


• Ordering & stock taking


• Sales and marketing


• Administration and Technology savvy


• Sound commercial judgment
