Perform site assessments to determine the suitability of roofs for solar panel installation. Install solar racking systems and panels according to engineering specifications and local building codes. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure timely completion of projects. Conduct roof penetrations and waterproofing as needed. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar installations. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Solar Roofer. As a Solar Roofer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels on residential and commercial roofs while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety., Previous experience in roofing or construction preferred. Familiarity with solar panel installation techniques and equipment. Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation., Solar Roofing: 3 years (preferred)
