Role and Responsibilities: As a Solar PV Sales Representative, you'll be the face of JEL Renewables, spearheading the sales of our cutting-edge solar PV systems to potential customers. Your main responsibilities will encompass:

• Proactively identifying and qualifying leads through strategic prospecting, networking, and referrals.


• Conducting site assessments to determine energy requirements and evaluate solar suitability.


• Educating clients on the multitude of benefits tied to solar energy, including its financial advantages and environmental impact.


• Tailoring personalised solar proposals and quotes to meet the unique needs of each client using OpenSolar.


• Collaborating seamlessly with our operations and engineering teams to develop accurate project plans.


• Guiding customers through their decision-making process while addressing inquiries and concerns.


• Managing the clients up to the point of main deposit, procurement and operations will book and complete the project when the main deposit has been taken.


• Staying well-versed in industry trends, incentives, and regulations to provide up-to-date insights to clients.


• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media and leads provided.
  
  A proven telesales track record in the solar energy sector.


• Experience in designing solar systems using OpenSolar.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• A genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainable practices.


• The ability to comprehend the technical aspects of solar PV systems and convey them effectively to clients.


• Self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the capability to work autonomously.


• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
