Full Job Description

  • Carry out all hands-on landscaping tasks as required to ensure completion of projects, including: Turfing, Soil Work, Planting and Mulching, Pruning, Hedging and Tree Work, & Site Tidying and Cleaning

  • Continually seek ways to improve operational standards and methods

  • Maintain focus and keep abreast of current methods and practices

  • Carry out any other duties in line with the role as required in the best interests of the company

  • Ensure working practices are in-line with the companies ISO9001 & ISO14001 policies and has appropriate awareness.

    We're looking to hire an enthusiastic and committed Soft Landscaping Operative to join our team of landscape professionals.


  • The successful candidate will be required to undertake a varied range of soft landscaping duties in and around the North West, delivering to the highest standard on commercial projects.

    Previous experience along with the highest standards of workmanship, and a keen eye for detail are very important to this role.,
  • A valid CSCS Card or evidence to show that this is on the way to be achieved

  • Experience working in soft landscaping, or a similar role
