Full Job Description

We are seeking a confident manager who will monitor, report and advise on practices which promote choice, well-being and protection of all individuals across two supported living services in Northumberland (Milburn Court and Kielder Avenue). We provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism in these services, you will be managing a team to ensure they are promoting independence and providing the best support every day of the year.

Must hold a minimum of Level 3 (or working towards) in Health social care or equivalent.

A wealth of experience in people management and Health & Social care

A valid UK drivers' licence
