Senior Or Principal Structural Designer

Provide Structural Design Expertise to various onshore and offshore projects from our Aberdeen office. Development of deliverables and documentation required for use in offshore / onshore work packs. Provide support to the project delivery team with structural design technical expertise to the project.

You'll be:

• Able to read and understand Scopes of Work and, Prepare of Construction Work packs and prepare and check structural design deliverables.


• Knowledgeable and be able to understand of Pipe Supports.


• Able to work with Autocad 2D & 3D, Navisworks and PDMS


• Able to resolve structural related design issues by applying accepted principles, codes and standards


• Provide input to structural and layout studies, And we're not just talking about it; we're doing it. We're reskilling our people, leveraging transferable skills, and supporting the transition of our workforce to become experts in today's low carbon energy infrastructure and technology.
  
  HNC or relative experience as a designer working on energy projects.


• Strong knowledge of brownfield oil and gas projects


• Knowledge of relevant regulatory framework and legislation.
