Full Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has become available as a Senior Graphic Designer working directly with our fast paced Design Team.

You will have the opportunity to work on a vast range of bespoke toys and games designed for children across the World and to liaise with some of the biggest Brands and Licenses in the industry.

As part of an experienced creative design studio you will have the scope to work both collaboratively and autonomously on pitches and presentations, taking your designs from concept to completion.

The Role:

· Responsible for the end-to-end creation of graphics for packaging, publishing, online, brochures, signage, marketing campaigns and POS

· Creatively develop new graphic assets and packaging

· Create new branding including logos and illustrations

· Staying up to date with the latest design trends

· Creating patterns

· Develop and output graphics for our UK showroom and international trade shows

· Manage deadlines and ensure the timely execution of all deliverables

· Work as part of an international design studio with operations both in the UK and in Hong Kong

· Work with some of the biggest Brands and Licensors in the industry

· Mentor junior team members

· Fully manage the graphic design operations of the assigned product categories

· 8+ years graphic design experience

· Extensive experience in graphic design

· Great knowledge of structural packaging design - die cuts and innovative form factors

· Strong in conceptualising and creating new brand identities and related graphics

· Able to communicate and present creative ideas

· Hard-working, self-motivated and proactive

· Good team player, able to deal with people across all levels of the business

· Passionate in design and with a creative flair

· Highly efficient and capable to work within very tight deadlines

· Exceptionally well organised with a clear understanding of priorities and workloads

· Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Procreate or similar graphic software

· Strong illustration skills

· Graphic design degree holder or similar qualification

· A great portfolio that highlights the skills above mentioned,

  • Graphic design: 8 years (preferred)

    Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
