Full Job Description

Value Match are supporting a Public Sector Client who are seeking to appoint a Senior Contract Manager This role is INSIDE IR35 with a contract of 12 months. This role is hybrid with a requirement to be in one of the organisations hubs (Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Sheffield, Cardiff, Glasgow) 40% of the time.

The role involves:

  • Significant stakeholder management across a range of estates areas

  • Accountable for supplier performance management of Supply Chain Partners that may include NEC3 and 4 Estates Programme Management.

  • Working with the Performance & Audit team to implement a performance framework

  • Relationship management.

  • Building a strategic and collaborative relationship with Supply Chain Partners

  • Ensuring Supply Chain Partners deliver outcomes that our customers need and at the requisite service quality,

  • Reporting and management relationships.

    Significant experience in (day to day) supply chain performance and relationship management

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Operational experience of managing a range of suppliers


  • Knowledge of Supplier and Customer Relationship Management tools and techniques and their ap-plication

  • Experience of implementation of risk management strategies


  • NEC 3/4 accreditation and FM background and experience


  • Considerable experience of large scale projects / portfolios (this role will entail overseeing contract management for 950+ sites)
