Sales Progressor

· Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion.

· Liaising with agents, mortgage brokers and solicitors.

· Corresponding with vendors and purchasers via telephone and email.

· Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale /purchase.

· Oversee the preparation, review and execution of all necessary documentation including contracts, agreements and legal paperwork.

· Assisting the sales team.

· Following up on sales enquiries.

· Carrying out due diligence and obtaining sales valuations.

· Answering the phone., We're a forward-thinking agency, and we're growing a network of Partner Agents across Merseyside that you'll be supporting.

· Minimum of 3 years experiences in Sales Progression.

· Excellent communication, written and verbal.

· Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.

· Ability to build strong relationships and be proactive and confident with clients and customers.

· Full in-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage to tight deadlines.

Estate Agency experience, specifically as a Sales Progressor is essential for this role - but we're just as interested in a desire to excel as part of our exceptional team and so demonstrable performance as part of a high-performing sales team is important.,

  Our office is part of a vibrant community and you'll be here from 9 - 1, Mon - Fri. We're surrounded by other businesses and have two restaurants on site. We think that's a better setting for a meeting than a stuffy meeting room or a cup of instant coffee over a battered desk, plus you'll have the run of meeting rooms and co-working spaces as well as our main office space if you need a change of scene.
