Full Job Description

· Recruit, motivate, develop and retain a sales team

· Drive the business to achieve the budgeted levels required.

· Ensure forecourt/display/showroom are up to the required standards.

· Manage all enquiries coming into the business.

· Deal with any issues that may arise within the dealership.

· Ensure FCA compliance within the department.

You are an ambitious and confident individual who thrives to deliver a personalised and unforgettable guest experience and hit your sales targets with your own unique style!

You have at demonstrable experience as a Sales Manager or Transaction Manager, within the motor industry and are now looking to progress your career. You must have the passion and drive to match!

You are confident on the computer, with a high level of ability to deliver on processes and compliance requirements.

You have a 'Full Clean UK Driving Licence' and you will have to provide a Basic DBS check and adverse financial background check.
