Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people? Are you a qualified and experienced Children's Home Manager looking for a rewarding leadership role?

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to lead a well-established, 'GOOD' Ofsted-rated children's home in Preston, specializing in supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

In this role, you will:

  • Champion Young People: Oversee the care and support of all residents, ensuring they have bespoke plans that meet their individual needs.

  • Lead a Dedicated Team: Build, manage, and develop a team of residential staff, empowering them to deliver exceptional care.

  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure the home continues to meet Ofsted regulations and company policies, upholding a 'GOOD' rating.

  • Strategic Leadership: Manage budgets, recruitment, quality assurance, and staff welfare.

    Holds a valid Ofsted registration for children's homes.

  • Has demonstrable experience as a Children's Home Manager, with a proven track record of achieving a 'GOOD' Ofsted rating.

  • Possesses strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Is passionate about creating a nurturing and supportive environment for young people.

    Up to £60,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, A competitive salary of up to £45,000, with a potential bonus package of up to £14,500! This includes:

  • £7,500 Welcome Bonus

  • Up to £5,000 OFSTED Rating Bonus

  • £1,000 Qualification Bonus

  • £1,000 Occupancy Bonus

  • A supportive and collaborative working environment.

  • Full-time, permanent contract with Monday-Friday 9-5 working hours, including on-call duties.
