Community Integrated Care is looking for a Regional Support Manager in our North East & Yorkshire region!

As one of the UK's largest and most successful social care charities, we are a leading employer of exceptional people who change lives by delivering world class support to people with care needs.

The Regional Support Manager is a critical role supporting our senior operational leader in the delivery and implementation of both Regional and Business Development pursuits.

Our Charity has incredibly exciting growth plans and we need conscientious, dedicated, and self-motivated individuals to support us with this journey. We are passionate about our people and are looking for individuals who share this passion and are committed to delivering an excellent service to all our colleagues.

Every day is different - you can expect this to be a fast paced, dynamic role, with varied responsibilities which will flex with regional needs, but generally will include:

  • providing executive support to our senior operational leaders,

  • managing relationships with partner organisations and external stakeholders,

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the Support Coordinators based in your regional office, and supporting them in their professional development;

  • Office facilities management

  • Supporting business development activity

  • leading and delivering project work,

  • Analysing and reporting to Board and Executive levels

    You will have an HND in a social care, business, or a related subject or you will have experience working in a similar role as an office manager, executive assistant, or another similar role.

  • You will be a natural people person with excellent communication skills; someone who is brilliant at building and managing relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

  • You will be proactive and self-motivated, with exceptional planning, prioritisation, and organisation skills.

  • You'll have experience of providing executive support at a senior level and you'll have some experience, knowledge, or understanding of business development in social care.

  • You'll bring a creative and solutions focussed approach to problem solving.

  • You'll share our passion for people and show integrity, compassion, and empathy, in everything you do.

    We're really proud to be a Hive HR Employee Voice Certified organisation, a recognition that confirms our commitment to creating a culture where our colleagues are not only encouraged to share their thoughts, but where this feedback is actively sought and acted upon to drive positive change at every level.

  • In our 2023 Colleague Engagement Survey, 56% (over 3,300!) of our people shared their feedback and insights, giving us an incredible Employee Net Promoter Score of +28. This is a measure of how positively our colleagues talk about us - and 28 is an excellent score compared to other organisations!
