Full Job Description
- Gold standard customer service.
- Inbound and outbound calls.
- Email management and excellent use of Microsoft programmes.
- Appointment bookings and diary management.
- Processing prescription requests.
- Cash handling and account enquiries.
- Insurance queries.
- Liaising with different teams and departments within the practice.
- General administration duties.
- Working at a fast pace in a busy environment.
As a receptionist you will provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to our clients and their animals. You will need to be able to work well within a team, as well as independently. - Hourly rate: £11.44
- 6.6 weeks annual leave (Pro-rota) rising to 7.6 weeks after first 5 years of service.

Previous veterinary receptionist experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Flexibility is a must and overtime likely to be available.
This is a permanent part time role working 20 hours per week. 1 in 5 Saturday or Sunday. Bank holidays included on a rota basis.,
