You'll also need to know your way around social media, finding innovative ways to reach people who themselves might be a little lost and looking for opportunities too - this is where you can really bring to life what Lakeland has to offer with creative content and engaging adverts.

Finally, you'll need to be able to track your progress and use that to learn what's working and what isn't. Are job fairs just not generating applications? Perhaps it's the local colleges that are full of keen candidates? Not everything you try will work, so casting the net far and wide and then being able to hone into the right channels at the right time is key.
