Full Job Description

Consulting with hiring managers and their teams across the business to support their growth. Ensure land and expand is captured from the hiring manager to understand the role remit and potential

Sourcing the best candidates through headhunting, referrals and advertisements

Screening candidates to ensure they know our business and match the brief of the job description.

Suggest and implement improvements to our hiring process.

Assist in the development of a strong employer brand that reflects our culture and reaching the right people.

If you have proven experience of working within a recruitment agency, internal recruitment or similar environment we would be pleased to hear from you., Experience in a 360 degree recruitment role

Experience operating within a recruitment agency, an in-house recruitment team or HR department with a focus on resourcing

Quick to learn new IT systems and processes

Excellent organisation, interpersonal and communication skills vacancy management / relationship management at all levels of a business

Experience of working at a fast pace, timelines and deadlines Proactive and self-motivated Experience working within a regulated industry,
