Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the tendering and project management side of construction projects.

• Responsibilities:


- Price tenders as they come through including sending out enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers

- Evaluate quotes from subcontractors

- Prepare and analyze project costings for tenders

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials

- Proficiency in cost control

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Effective communication and negotiation skills
