Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the implementation and maintenance of our quality assurance programs.

Duties:

- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations

- Perform regular checks on raw materials, production processes, and finished products

- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

- Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities

- Assist in training employees on quality control procedures and best practices

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance techniques

Previous experience in a quality assurance role preferred

- Knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and techniques

- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines is a plus

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
