Full Job Description

  • Completing inspections of houses to ensure adherence to tenancy obligations

  • Management of lettings and tenancy renewals

  • Undertaking property viewings

  • Using our housing management system and inputting data

  • Dealing with repairs and delegating necessary maintenance

  • Collecting and adjusting rent for tenants

  • Compiling tenancy agreements

  • Ensuring safety certificates are up to date

  • HMO licensing applicaions

  • Keeping social media pages up to date with new and innovative content

    We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for property to join our team as a property manager.


  • We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years in lettings and property management.

    The right candidate will be offered a flexible approach to work and a good work life balance.

    You will be based at our stylish newly refurbished office in South Liverpool.

    We require someone with lone working skills who can manage a diverse portfolio which includes listed buildings, HMO's , block management and student accommodation in the Liverpool and West Lancashire area.

    Flexible; full time hours. Suitable candidate can have flexibility with working hours.,
  • Car driving licence and use of own vehicle essential

  • Computer knowledge including excel and property management software such as arthur or similar

  • 2 years minimum property management experience and experience with lettings

  • Ability to work on own initiative as candidate will be working on their own alot., This post would suit someone who is happy to work on their own, with the autonomy and initiative to manage their own workload, with excellent attention to detail. This might suit someone with a family who requires flexible working hours but who is local and can manage their own workload effectively; for example, they may do an evening viewing in return for a later start to the day.


  • We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals who have recent experience in this sector and have used property management software systems.
