Full Job Description

  • Manage the service and maintenance of our clients buildings, plant and equipment

  • Manage our network of contractors in the delivery of their maintenance services

  • Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for clients

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC & plumbing issues with the support of colleagues

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities via our CAFM system

  • You will need some experince working in a property or facilities management related support service, using sotware such as CAFM or CMMS systems.

    An excellent communicator, very confident on phone and video calls, as well as articulate via email and message services, your role will be to operate within our property help desk, administering the delivery of property maintenance regimes to our clients building portfolios, using our market leading CAFM system.

    Note this is not an IT support desk, although good IT knowledge, understanding and competency is needed.

    Please note before applying this is a full time role, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with 1 weekend day in 8 required to be worked in the office. There are no working from home, remote or hybrid options to the role,
  • Working in property related sector

  • Good knowledge of working in fast paced help desk environments

  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
