Full Job Description

Due to up and coming projects in Nantwich, Crewe and throughout the Cheshire area we are looking to hire a Project Manager to join our expanding team.

Duties:

- Lead and manage project teams to ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline

- Assist Company Director with tender applications & project timetables

- Work alongside our Project Administrator, Obtaining quotes for materials

- Develop and maintain project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements

- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and project reviews

- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues; develop mitigation strategies as needed
- Liaise with various sites on a daily basis

- Liaise with clients as required

- Provide reports using company software (training will be given)

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and databases

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project team members
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project execution

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & excel

- Ability to learn new computer software (training given)

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Willing to learn & adapt in a busy environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Familiarity with construction terminology

- Clean driving licence and own transport is essential, in order to travel between sites & office

- Due to the nature of where we operate all staff must undertake a DBS check, GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Construction: 5 years (preferred)

Project Management experience 3 years (preferred)

CSCS Black Card (preferred)

Language:

English (required)

Licence/Certification

Driving Licence (required)

Ability to Commute,
