Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Co-ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the company's tender & estimating activities and ensure that all procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Duties -
- Co-ordinate Tenders, New enquiries & Existing client enquiries
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and aligned with company objectives
- Collaborate with internal mangers to determine procurement needs
- Source and evaluate tenders, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships to secure advantageous terms
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Client feedback & Liaison
Proven experience as a Procurement Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with customers
- Proficiency in using procurement software, Excel & Microsoft teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of supply chain management practices
