Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a driven individual to join our People Operations team in Wimborne, Dorset as a People Operations & Payroll Co-ordinator. We are offering this position on a 35 hours per week basis, working on a hybrid basis - office and home based. The expectation will be to connect with colleagues and peers in the office once a week, with occasional flexibility for increased office attendance as needed for the role. The role will require working hours until 4pm weekly on Fridays.,

  • Have full responsibility of the Company holiday system, ensuring it is up to date with new starters, changes to allowances and reporting lines as well periodic audits to ensure data is correct.

  • Raising of purchase orders.

  • Processing password resets for the Payroll system.

  • Coordination of bonus and salary communications across the business.

  • Updating our internal HR system with any relevant changes.

  • Enrollment of new starters to various benefits systems globally, including 401k submissions for US employees.

  • Coordination of restaurant voucher scheme for French employees on a monthly basis.

  • Coordination of travel passes for US employees on a quarterly basis.

  • Coordination of ad-hoc reporting requirements and providing HRMI.

  • Produce and maintain official letters as required.

  • Supporting with the centralised People Operations and Payroll inboxes and phone lines.

  • Preparation of accurate weekly summary attendance data for Operations staff.

  • Submit agency timesheets on a weekly basis in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Answering day to day Payroll and HR queries which come into the inbox, escalating where necessary.

  • Ad hoc data entry for both People Operations and Payroll e.g. processing of annual salary increases on HR database.

  • Review of sickness/overtime information for Operations staff ahead of Payroll submission to ensure accuracy of data.

    Previous People-focused administration or coordination experience

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to analyse data and provide relevant feedback

  • Excellent IT skills to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel & data input

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
