People and Culture Assistant

• The role of the People and Culture Assistant is to;


• Complete the end-to-end process for new starters,


movers and leavers

Maintain accurate and up to date data in the people

system

Support in the production of Data Insight

information

Partner with the wider People and Culture Team to

address day to day people operational issues

Support with ad hoc projects when required

Good standard of education, 5

GCSE's (or equivalent) grade A-C including ICT, English and Maths

Computer

literate Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint

Team player and has a positive

attitude

Good time management,

organisation, and communication skills

CIPD Level 3 or studying towards a

qualification is desirable but not essential
