Paralegal (2452)

The Commercial Insurance team at DWF provide high quality commercial advice on a wide range of matters including policy interpretation, FOS matters, property damage (subrogated recoveries and defending), non-injury counter fraud, product liability and professional indemnity.

The role represents an opportunity to act for a variety of high profile insurer companies, while working within a dynamic and fast paced team.

Responsibilities :

• To action cases in line with the department and client's service standards / protocols


• Deal with technical aspects of the case, under the supervision of more senior team members


• Use the case management system to progress and update files


• Progress cases to a satisfactory settlement, whilst meeting strict deadlines


• Maintain and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
