  Ideally have experience in forfeiture claims, landlord and tenant, debt recovery, and enforcement.


• Working in a fast-paced environment where full training will be provided.


The ideal Paralegal will:

• Have experience in debt recovery.


• Show a willingness to work hard and an eagerness to learn.


• Have a background working as a legal assistant or personal injury fee earner (beneficial but not essential).


• Have permission to work in the UK by the start of employment.


• Have previous experience with legal debt recovery, issuing claims, obtaining judgement, enforcement methods, insolvency, etc.
