Full Job Description

· Delivery of the new starter induction plans and relevant documentation. This includes DBS checks, Driving licence checks, Parking apps and employment references.

· Management and upkeep of all Central HR documentation and relevant checks.

· Approval and submission of Employee expenses.

· Support with Credit Control and other accounts/purchasing disciplines.

· Management and main point of contact of the accounts/suppliers associated with, · Ownership and central contact for all hotel and travel bookings.

· Support, where needed, to manage the MD's diaries and email.

· Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management

· Other General tasks associated with running an efficient office.

· A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SIMS, and other relevant software

· A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· A positive and proactive attitude - A professional and courteous manner

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities

· Good understanding of HR process and procedures.,

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred), Office Management: 5 years (preferred)

  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (preferred)

  • Credit Control: 5 years (preferred)
