Full Job Description

We are looking for an Office & Accounts Administrator to manage our training course bookings and complete basic accounts administration.

The Office & Accounts Administrator responsibilities include providing training course bookings administration to ensure that our delegates receive the highest quality of support. This includes correspondence via email, telephone and in person, implementing training programs, managing schedules, managing records, raising invoices, and processing expenses, and assisting in advertising via social media channels. There will also be some level of accounts assistance required for issuing invoices for consultancy work and recording payments, VAT records etc…

Reporting Level
You will report to the Managing Director

Responsibilities

  • Processing course bookings using our in house booking system

  • Manage correspondence via email, telephone and in person

  • Prepare and email invoices via Sage

  • Allocate payments on Sage

  • Log expenses and petty cash

  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets on Excel

  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments

    Experience of working as administrator

  • Excellent computer skills including Office 365, Excel, Word etc.

  • Strong communication skills with great attention to detail

  • Knowledge of office procedures

  • Experience of Sage

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities

  • Articulate and effective communication, Office Administration: 1 year (preferred)

    Dependant on experience.
