Full Job Description

Bespak are looking for Process Operators for their Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE (a 15-minute walk from the train station). The salary for this role is £38,736 (paid weekly) this includes a shift premium and handover payment. Pay rates, and shift premiums will increase upon completion of all the required training., As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing of Nasacort products, (Nasal suspension is used for the treatment of Alergic Rhinitis). This includes producing bulk batches to then fill, using the automated machines, before packing the final product. You will also be involved in cleaning equipment, documenting processes, and maintaining a controlled environment. Your role is essential in ensuring that high-quality products are manufactured on the Nasacort lines efficiently and in compliance with regulations. Active participation in teamwork and ethical accountability are also crucial to ensure smooth operations within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

As a Process Operator your duties will include:

  • Manufacturing bulk suspension according to procedures.

  • Operating automated filling and packing machines.

  • Conducting process testing and data analysis.

  • Completing batch documentation to GMP standards.

  • Cleaning and preparing manufacturing equipment.

  • Transferring stock between warehouse and production.

    Experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Good Maths and English communication skills.

  • Team player with the ability to adapt to change.

  • Experience with automated machinery.

  • Ability to understand and learn technical processes.

  • An understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice is desirable.

    The positions are on an initial 6-month contract but could develop to a permanent contract, dependant on performance and business needs.
    Shift Pattern - Rotating 2 shifts.
    Week 1, Monday to Friday - 2pm to 10pm
    Week 2, Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm
