Full Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, we're seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a Learning Business Partner. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Sales and Agency Division, working closely with the Senior Learning Business Partner to elevate learning and development initiatives across the business on a permanent basis. You will look after the L&OD needs across the business area which are served via an existing service catalogue collated on our Learning Management System and will manage the process of mobilising new learning when required. You will conduct thorough learning needs analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development across the network, collaborating with internal colleagues and external providers to ensure our learning offerings meet the highest standards and align with departmental strategies.

In addition, you will serve as a vital link for NFU Mutual's Talent Development Programmes, acting as a conduit for identifying and nurturing top talent. You will facilitate talent development forums with key stakeholders to capture development needs and align them with our overarching organisational goals and strategies.

You have a proven L&OD background and have strong experience within a similar partnering role. A Coaching qualification, equivalent coaching experience or be willing to be developed in this area is a must. You are a strong influencer with the ability to guide, support, and empower others to reach their full potential and have a collaborative approach to your work.

To join our team, you must also have:

  • CIPD L3-5 or the equivalent experience is essential

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build strong relationships

  • Resilience with the ability problem solve in ambiguous situations

  • Project/change management experience is desirable

  • Experience of working with third parties is desirable
