Full Job Description

Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various IT positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, relationship management, and utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent - Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates - Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies - Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications and fit - Utilize ATS to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job,
