Full Job Description

Are you ready to take your career to the next level and be part of an exciting, dynamic team? Look no further, as LOFT are seeking an Installation Team member to join our ranks and help us redefine the art of furniture delivery, installation and assembly.

This is a role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery, installation, and assembly services across various sales channels, you'll be at the forefront of creating positive customer experiences and providing exceptional service.,

  • Safely conducting deliveries and removals, including providing live updates to clients/tenants.

  • Collecting and returning keys to and from letting agents, when necessary.

  • Ensuring accurate completion of paperwork, including delivery sheets, notes, van records, job sheets, and aftersales feedback.

  • Utilising our cutting-edge ePOD system to record activity throughout the day and collect necessary signatures and delivery confirmations.

  • Championing eco-friendly practices through waste management, including separating recyclables.

  • Representing LOFT with pride, maintaining a clean and professional appearance while always displaying politeness and courtesy towards everyone, including coworkers, contractors, agents, clients and tenants. We provide the uniform!

    · Effective communication and client interaction skills


  • · CSCS Card Desirable

    · Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record (if driving is part of your duties)
