Full Job Description

You will work closely with members of the ICT Services team to provide first and second line support for our staff and students in the areas of ICT and Audio-Visual Technology. The work involves responding to ICT requests submitted via our ticketing system in a timely fashion as well as supporting our IT projects throughout the year to contribute to the successful implementation of the college?s Digital Strategy alongside all members of the ICT Services section

To be suitable for this position you must have ideally

? 2 years' experience of a similar role (ideally in an educational environment)

? An ICT qualification equivalent to Level 3
