HSE Advisor

As our HSE Advisor, you'll be the guardian of well-being, the champion of compliance, and the guide to a safer workplace! You'll work closely with our team to implement and maintain robust health, safety, and environmental practices, ensuring that every day at our factory is as safe as it is Savory.

What you'll do:

• Develop, implement, and oversee health, safety, and environmental programs to promote a culture of safety and compliance.


• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and risks and implement measures to mitigate them.


• Provide training and support to employees on safety procedures, equipment usage, and emergency response protocols.


• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.


• Liaise with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.


• Collaborate with management and employees to continuously improve safety practices and procedures.

• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a food manufacturing environment - but if you have a passion for safety and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!
