Full Job Description

We are seeking a HR Services Assistant to join our People team, in our newly formed HR Services team. In this varied role you will provide a comprehensive administration and support service across a range of activities with exposure across the whole employee lifecycle from Recruitment and onboarding, to every day HR queries and projects. Each day will be different, you will be the first point of contact for managers and colleagues providing first line advice and guidance around HR processes, updating HR systems, working efficiently to produce high quality correspondence and documentation, and contributing to the review of policies and automation of processes. You will also work closely with our talented team of Partners and Advisors across the whole People Team on HR and recruitment related projects providing an opportunity for you to develop your own expertise.

  • This is permanent role with a starting salary of £26,029 to £27,841 per annum depending on experience
