Full Job Description

  • Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies and drive the recruitment for the region. Designing and drafting job adverts, confirming salary and T&Cs and identifying recruitment sources for each role within the company budgets.

  • Assisting with new starters throughout the recruitment life cycle.

  • Create and issue performance review templates, appraisals, exit interviews, employee benefit allocations.

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of plans to improve employee experience, performance, and retention.

  • Manage and maintain various HR Systems across the businesses ensuring up-to-date employee schedules are entered into the system, onboarding and offboarding of new starters.

  • Manage day-to-day ER taking responsibility for end-to-end case management.

  • Offer operational and strategic HR support.

  • Prepares offer letters, contracts of employment and other correspondence upon request.

  • Provides guidance to employees regarding policies and procedures. Keeps up to date with all relevant employment law updates

  • Support with administrative duties for the senior team as required.

  • Support on all HR project work whilst providing advice to the management team on all aspects of HR where applicable.


  • You will need to be open to travel across businesses occasionally therefore, driving licence and CIPD advantageous, however not essential. We are open to supporting CIPD training.

    This would suit an individual with existing HR experience, someone who's confident with generalist HR queries but also someone who would like to progress gain multi-sector experience and exposure to varied levels of HR support with Senior Stakeholders and business growth journeys.

    We are looking for a conscientious, proactive, and enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a HR Generalist. This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment, so you will need to be able to multitask and prioritise effectively.,
  • What level of CIPD Qualification or equivalent do you hold if any?, Human resources: 2 years (preferred)

    Open to considering both full-time and part-time applicants. Occasional travel to businesses involved.
