If you are passionate about supporting staff welfare and promoting a positive work environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity., We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team at Madingley Hall. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the hospitality operations by providing administrative and advisory support to all aspects of Human Resources Management.
Working closely with the General Manager and management team, you will be responsible for providing clear and accurate advice on HR policy and employment relations issues, coordinating recruitment processes, managing probation and appraisal procedures, and carrying out general administration tasks in conjunction with the university systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Please note this role will be office based in Madingley Hall.
