Full Job Description

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our friendly and hard-working HR team. Working across our two sites in Worcester and Bromsgrove and reporting to the People and Development Manager. Participating in, and supporting managers with, full case management on ER cases, e.g. underperformance, dismissals. Advising and aiding managers with all aspects of the company absence policy and supporting employees back to work. Supporting our outsourced monthly payroll. Delivering training to line managers to ensure they understand and comply with HR policies and procedures.

You will be qualified to CIPD Level 3 or above and have HR generalist experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. You will have excellent IT skills and you'll be confident with HR systems. Proactive and efficient, you will be comfortable working to deadlines and prioritising your workload effectively. You won't be afraid to challenge the status quo, and will help us to transform the HR function at Kimal as we continue on our journey to implement best practice and update our processes, policies and systems.,
