Health Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our nursing home in Poulton. As a Healthcare assistant at our home, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care, improving the lives of our residents, and making a meaningful impact every day. • Provide compassionate and professional nursing care to residents.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.


• Promote a safe and welcoming environment that truly feels like home for residents and their families.


• Assisting patients with personal care, such as eating, showering, using the toilet and dressing


• Communicating with patients, relatives and carers, and providing emotional support and reassurance


• Improving the mobility of patients and helping them with their daily activities

• Hourly rate of pay starting at £12.00 per hour.


• Holiday pay - 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata.


• Access to an in-house trainer providing NVQ level 2 and level 3 in Care.
