Full Job Description

We are looking for a well-qualified, enthusiastic and passionate Head of Music who will be able to lead the department and teach Music at KS3 and KS4.

Music is at the heart of school life. It is a key feature of daily Collective Acts of Worship, services at key points throughout the year and annual performances and musicals. We are looking for an enthusiastic, accomplished musician with the ability to not just deliver high-quality music lessons but also develop our school bands and choir along with our community music programmes.

We have a very distinctive ethos; our motto of "faith + nurture + service" is central to our work, as we aim to keep God at the centre of all we do. This post presents a wonderful opportunity for a talented, passionate and committed teacher and the successful candidate will receive the wholehearted support of a thriving governing body and a highly dedicated staff team.
