Full Job Description

As our HR Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our HR operations, managing essential administrative tasks and supporting key HR functions. From overseeing the onboarding process for new hires to ensuring accurate data management and compliance across multiple countries, your role will be instrumental in driving the efficiency and success of our HR department.,

  • Manage the onboarding process, including contract preparation and system setup for new hires.

  • Maintain meticulous employee records and support line managers with their employee management processes for UK and Europe.

  • Assist in recruitment activities, from job postings to interview scheduling.

  • Coordinate HR processes and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.

  • Act as a key user for our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and security.

  • Liaise with managers and finance in Europe to ensure data is accurate across the group.

  • Coordinate the documentation of HR processes, projects, programs and services to ensure consistency across the Company.

  • Note: This position is based in Atherton (UK), with potential for hybrid working arrangements in due course.

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in the success of the Group HR team.

    To be successful you must possess exceptional administrative and communication skills to contribute to the success and growth of the HR department. Responsibilities encompass contract and system administration, recruitment, onboarding, data tracking, project assistance, and general office management tasks.,
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

  • Basic understanding of UK or European employment law (desirable).
